هل هناك أضرار من تكرار الولادة القيصرية؟

يجيب على هذا التساؤل دكتور جورج يواقيم استشارى النساء والتوليد قائلا: "إن نضوب السائل حول الجنين مع عدم حدوث طلق الولادة مبررات كافية للولادة القيصرية، وإذا كانت المرأة قد ولدت قيصريا فى العمليات السابقة فيفضل أن تكمل فى المرات التالية قيصريا، تجنبا لأى مضاعفات قد تحدث للأم والجنين، فزوجتك قد يرهقها الولادة قيصريا، ومن الممكن أن تستخدم وسائل منع الحمل بعد الولادة.

وهناك عدة أسباب قد تدفع إلى الولادة القيصرية كضيق حوض المرأة، لذا يمكن تشخيصه بالأشعة الصوتية بجانب نزول المشيمة الذى يحول دون إنزال الجنين، أو حدوث نزول للحبل السرى، وإذا كان وضع الجنين غير طبيعى فيمكن عكس قدماه إلى الأسفل أو يكون معترضا للرحم، ويمكن للمرأة أن تضطر للولادة القيصرية إذا كان هناك ورم كبير الحجم يحول دون إنزال الجنين، فجميع الحالات تؤدى إلى أزمة حادة عند الجنين، ولكن هناك بعض الاحتياطات التى يجب مراعاتها عند الولادة القيصرية كضرورة إزالة الجزء المتليف من الجرح القديم، وبصفة عامة فان تكرار الولادة القيصرية غير خطر إن تم بشكل طبى.
